Let's Go to the Library Bag

    Access to AAC is key to The Bear's successful communication. We aim to have her Tobii with her PODD pagesets, or her paper-based PODD with her at all times. In some situations, additional vocabulary to support her access is also beneficial. This range includes Aided Language Displays (ALD) on bags to support access to vocabulary around specific activities.

    When using an ALD such as the one printed on this bag, you speak your full sentence while you point to key words. Some things you might say with the "Let's go to the library!" bag include...

    • Let's go to the library!
    • You want new books.
    • I like this.
    • I don't like this.
    • I choose a fiction a book.
    • Let's borrow from the library.
    • That's a good one!
